QUALITY EVALUATION OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Quality evaluation of food products is traditionally organized during the fair ZEPS , and very prestigious awards, such as "Golden Rose ZEPS", "Silver Rose ZEPS" and "Bronze Rose ZEPS" are granted.
Rank of awards is determined in the unique, objectified way:

  • By evaluation of samples of food and beverages at the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Engineering from Sarajevo
  • By obligatory tasting by consumers
  • By assesment of Jury
